Located inside Mira Place at the first level, this branch of Starbucks feels more comfortable than others as its design is more open than the usual Starbucks branch. As with any Starbucks, it serves a large varieties of hot and cold coffee drinks but this branch also has a Nitro coffee bar. As it's also a bigger branch, they have a good selection of merchandise here. This branch doesn't have its own toilet but the mall toilet is nearby so it's not that inconvenient. The easiest way to access this branch is from Kimberly road where you'll find steps going up from Carnarvon.

Americano — when they provide me, I can feel it is not warm once I touch the cup. Staff told it is hot version but it seems they don’t even believe it is even not a bit warm …. I have to open the cover and put finger into coffee so she agrees Place is open area and staffs is too busy not to tidy up table at all. It is first time I got Starbucks hot Americano not even a bit warm ……😮‍💨😮‍💨

The cafe was located near the escalators inside the mall. There were many tables and not so full at the time of visit. Some of the guests were foreign tourists, but they were not quite disciplined without making lots of noise. Tables were cleaned periodically.
