Worst dining experience!

The other night we had dinner here and the service was atrocious. We had barely sat down for half an hour and the waitress shamelessly threw the bill onto the table without us asking for it. While some of us had already finished the meal, some were still eating. The waitresses were so impatient that they kept eyeing on us to see if we had finished our dishes so that they can clear the table. We did not pay $800 for a fast-food experience and service! We weren’t even chatting after finishing our food or stalling, we were still eating. It was not our fault that some of us eat faster than the rest. While we were just walk-in customers, it did not mean that we should be treated any differently than those with bookings. And if you were in such a tight schedule to ensure sufficient tables for the customers with reservations, at least give us a head-up before we get in so that we are informed. This was totally avoidable.

Moreover, there were other customers who had been here longer than we did, yet they were not bugged like we were.

This kind of service is totally unprovoked and appalling....

Their signature chunky pork udon noodle is nice and firm, not the soggy type. The chunky pork is tasty. The only drawback is to have this dish in summer time as it is served in a hot stone bowl. You'll need lots of cold drinks or you can try their other udon dishes. The fried chicken is also good. Having said that, it's good if you have it in...

Impolite staff wrong order details (ordered 2 Inaniwa udon but only marked 1; the staff told us to keep the wrong one and share the Inaniwa udon, then we can try both. I was like 🤷🏻‍♀️ ?!!??!!?) egg shell inside the MOST DISAPPOINTING PART: NOT authentic fish soup!!! (only salty taste and feel thirsty afterwards
