Not as good as described from magazines and websites. Food: 2/5 Uni rice bowl is pricy but in small portion. Uni is not as fresh as we expected. The grilled ox tongue is too chewy. The tempura is good tho, so as the clam in wine broth. Service: 1/5 The server seems not so welcoming. When we called for reservation, the waiter seemed not friendly already. When we arrived, we overheard the server gave out wrong order for our neighbouring table, but she doesn't seems sorry and yelled the chef for the changes in front of the diners. Atmosphere: 4/5 A small restaurant with Japanese decor. Nice for drink and chat (I didn't order any drink so I m not sure the price, but based on the food pricing, it might as well be..) Verdict: We quickly paid the bill and went to another...

Fair quality uni. We order the large bowl of uni with minced tuna bowl, it “looks” good. We have some bitter pieces in our uni bowl. The seaweed is a bit soggy.

The sauce of beef don is good, but the beef is a bit hard. The salad is not that fresh. Miso soup is a bit salty for me. Steamed egg is acceptable.

So crowded at lunch time(at ard 1330). Staffs are still in training mode. Do not expect your dishes come in order. The customers next to me get their seaweed after finishing half bowl of their uni rice. The starters and soup come after the main course.

Maybe due to those over-rated promotion, i am a bit disappointed after trying this. And the main reason why i give only 2stars is my bowel not that comfy...

Signature sea urchin mini bowl 😋 This massive mound of uni for me a sea urchin fan, there’s nothing more indulgent. Sitting on a scoop of vinegared sushi rice, the grainy orange lobes practically spill over the bowl, with more strips than we can count piled on top of each other. Just taste the best of what the spiky ocean gem has to offer😋 ~ ~ Look!! cloud-pink fatty tuna🐟 The first bite threw me back to the time I had my first fatty tuna experience in Kuromon...
