Terrible experience The bartender was extreme busy. My friend and I waited 40 minutes for him to greet and serve Severe hygiene problem. I saw a bartender dropped a piece of ice on the ground when he was cutting a piece of ice. He picked it up and put the ice on a colander and serve other customer! Terrible! They didn’t serve any snacks and nuts The didn’t serve any cocktail because they claimed they were a Japanese bar They didn’t collect glasses even when your new drinks arrived. It was overpriced. They charged 180hkd for 30ml rye whiskey The bartender’s whiskey knowledge was amateur. He kept recommending one whiskey to all customers. No dropper provided for a glass of Neat whiskey. One Japanese bartender disturbed the conversation between us and another bartender because of some unimportant lighting problem. It was Rare to see a Japanese bar did not respect customer. The bartender missed our first order and did not notice after 30minutes. We waited 70 minutes for our first drink since we sat down.
Very poor experience. Not recommend anyone to go. Will not visit...
Read moreAtmosphere was ok, nice and cozy. However, service was horrible. I can understand that this is a cocktail/whisky bar but the expectation is that you will be served what’s on the menu. We wanted to start off with a white wine, followed by red wine before we proceed to drink others. Our drinks was the last priority as we saw other customers being served their cocktail drinks first. When we started to place our orders for our food (on their menu), we were told that the chef is out on break (at about 7 plus) so there’s no food because they only have 2 service staff. When the third service staff is back, we are told that we can order food but we need to wait till the drinks have been served to all customers before our food can be prepared. We asked how long it will take, we are told that this is a bar and not a restaurant. If they not able to handle, l feel that they should remove the food on their menu. We are tourists and this is our last night in Hong Kong. We came at the recommendation of our friend but this is truly disappointing. For the price that we are paying, the bars at Singapore are...
Read moreVery bad experience and not worth the price at all.
The "special fruit cocktails", which don't taste better than a fruit juice from the supermarket, cost around 200HKD per glass. And you get a huge ice cube in the glass, so after 4 sips you're done with the drink.
Waiter was really rude and pushy. For instance, for the last call he pushed us to order again instead of asking us if we were done already.
Be careful, tiny prints show 30HKD "coverage cost" per head. And they add the 10% service fee ON TOP of that. If you mention your surprise upon seeing the bill (85USD for two drinks and a snack), they nearly insult you while telling you it's your fault for not looking at the fine prints on the menu or asking for the prices of drinks that don't appear on the menu (all of them being below 150HKD).
Sad to say I will never come back to this place and advise my friends to avoid it due to such disrespect to...
