Mannings — Local services in Hong Kong

I would like emphasize that the one star is due to bad customer service caused by one casher. This pharmacy chain overall deserves 5 star. Therefore I do feel obligated to report that roughly 8 pm on August 4th, 2017, I was treated like dirt when I wen to the cashier as a regular customer. The cashier, female, short hair, with glasses, standing on the farthest right side, refused normal communication with me when noticing that we are from mainland China (mandarin speaking). She rolled eyes and threw the coins to us while yelling at us as if we were 5-year olds. This is absolutely intolerable!!! Horrifying...

The cashier, Jady at the K11 Art Mall shop(Hanoi Road, Tsimshatsui) was most helpful and professional in helping us to download the Yuu app. She guided us through step-by-step to redeem an American Tourister suitcase. I was pleasantly surprised by her competence and excellent service. It's rare these days to encounter such a friendly employee at Mannings....
