HEYTEA (K11 Art Mall) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Ordered one grape smoothie and one kale juice. After placing the order, we went to have lunch nearby and came back almost two hours later, only to find our drinks still weren’t ready. The queue number hadn’t moved at all. When we asked the staff, they handed us the grape smoothie — completely melted — and no kale juice. We showed them our receipt to follow up, but they didn’t care at all. No apology, no explanation. It was obvious no one even bothered to make the kale drink. The staff’s attitude was shocking — they acted like it wasn’t their problem and ignored us the entire time. Eventually, we asked for a refund, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, they became upset and aggressive.

Used to love their signature grape cheese drink so much. It’s been 5 years since I last had it. This time I came back just to try their matcha drinks, but sadly it didn’t hit the spot.

The matcha latte was just okay, no real aroma, and the cheese matcha didn’t work at all. Since both layers were matcha-based, the flavors didn’t contrast or blend nicely like the original grape one.

The wait was a bit long since there were people constantly coming in to buy drinks. Seems like it’s still a popular spot.

The shop itself was quite stuffy and had a weird smell — kind of like an old damp rag. Felt a bit uncomfortable standing there. It’s a small and busy place, so maybe that’s something they could look...

Taro Milk Sago Barley tasting good

Always having taro milk tea which one of my all time favorite, this time go with the simplest one haa, let’s try Brown Bobo Milk, with less sugar

Now less heytea branches in hong kong but lucky we got a new branch in tst k11, i love the milk cover since the first try

Taro Milk Sago with Barley is the one for me haa, as a taro lover, soft and smooth taro paste, the good thing is the taste isn’t too sweet, and the texture is chewy with barley to eat

Very Green Grape Cheezo tastes so sweet but pretty cool

Lovely having a sweet treat after a full thai dinner, taro milk simply matches my stomach haa
