So we sat at a table directly under blasting ac. So cold that we had to move seats. They also forgot to serve us tea.(yum cha literally translates to drink tea (Cantonese for dim sum). (There is a mandatory charge for tea ) At the end of the meal we brought it up and the server was all “what kind of tea do you want?” Told them we didn’t want it anymore as we were getting ready to leave. Then when I brought the check up to the front and asked the server to take the tea charge off she lied. Told us she did in English. She assumed because we speak english that we don’t read Chinese . The issue being my wife can read Chinese took one look at the receipt and was all “the charge is right there”. I brought the receipt back and the lady refunded us. Typical efficient and to the point staff. Furnishing and decor is actually immaculate and relaxing. Tea was exceptional and I definitely considered buying it. Overall, food is decent but I think a bit overpriced
