This noodle shop is on the Michelin guide list of street foods to try in Hong Kong. It is a very humble looking street stand and we ordered the popular bowl of noodles with minced meat and toppings. The noodles remind me a little of udon. It was a little too salty for us but still enjoyable. We had a fun time chatting with the lady who worked at the stand. This place is waaaay overrated (Michelin recommended? give me a break...) and the tray that my food was served on was dirty(!). Not a great sign. So much flavour in the doggie noodle and you can taste the duck in the duck soup. The fish skin dumplings were amazing too!
