Ridiculous and problematic customer service - losing a royal customer.
If you are looking for a place to chill and relax , forget about coming here.
We were celebrating birthday: ordered drinks , dinner and dessert. We were enjoying so much we thought of chilling with shisha and drinks to follow up. HOWEVER We were only given two hours for our celebration, and there’s no flexibility in opening a new table or a new bill despite our willingness to spend the “required minimum charge of 250” on weekend late night following our dinner time.
We ORDERED shisha and drinks after dessert WITHOUT being notified our “table time” is almost over and end up having to leave in a bitter note. Despite trying to explain to manager we would like to extend our stay - we were rejected rudely and confrontationally from staff and manager.
Also, Failure to handle table booking properly : We made a booking online couple days ahead and was CONFIRMED. However gotten a call at 11 PM ( I know ) the NIGHT before dinner, telling me the booking is not possible - only available an hour later at 9 PM ( for dinner..) THEN on the day of celebration another call to tell me table is in fact available on our original time ......
The whole roller coaster ride leave me with huge disappointment, especially when it was I who decided to spend my birthday celebration here. I am a royal returning customer who loves the food and have bought many friends here. However the customer service is a joke and I will not be returning.
A restaurant which doesn’t wish to maintain their own frequent visitors or do businesses even though we are willing to spend more quality time here is not...

The bad: Tortilla soup has no tortilla. The soup itself wasn't slow-cooked. Chicken Nachos are okay, but it is very Americanized. Corn chips are actual stuff, unlike some other restaurants just serve Doritos. Strange mixture for the sour cream - interesting, but prefer the real stuff. Watery Guac. GIVE ME MY AVOCADO!!
The ugly: Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. Felt like eating a chicken fajitas stuffed into it. Why on earth would you put mushrooms and onions and bell peppers into a quesadilla? I mean, WHY? Tacos are small. Would love to have hard shell options, but soft shells are fine, I suppose. "Celebrating birthday here and enjoy a free tiramisu." Really? Tiramisu? In a Mexican restaurant? Okay.
Conclusion: Wouldn't mind coming back if friends insisted. Wouldn't come back on my own. Unless I crave American style nachos......
Read moreCocktail base shisha they have, but not a big fan of the traditional pipe. Hubble bubble we got, the base looks like a fruit punch. First few puff can feel the alcohol from the base but not long after the smoke in the pipe disappeared - sign for a bad shisha. Disappointed with the longevity and intensity of the shisha. Changing charcoal did not help, got some more smoke but that’s it.
Food portion is big, two person can share a nachos, do not be greedy.
Price below $300, but I would rather go for premium shisha than a cheap shisha that delivers nothing. Could be a choice if you want a place to chill, they have a small terrace but I was told to be quiet after 10:30pm, I don’t wanna stay long anyways with this quality. For beginners it is acceptable as it is not strong, for experienced lover, don’t recommend.
2 stars for the shisha, but food is acceptable, so 3 stars overall.
