I recently had the pleasure of dining at NOC TST and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

I opted for the salmon sandwich and crabmeat egg white sandwich and I have to say, they were both absolutely delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the sandwich was loaded with fresh, flavorful ingredients that blended together perfectly. The crabmeat egg white sandwich was equally impressive, with the fluffy egg whites complementing the tender chunks of crabmeat perfectly.

Aside from the fantastic food, the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was truly impressive and made me feel like a valued guest.

I stumbled upon this coffee shop because it was just a short walk from my hotel, and it turned out to be a great little find. Over the course of three visits—twice for breakfast and once just for coffee—it proved to be exactly what a good café should be: simple, consistent, and satisfying.

The menu is straightforward, which I actually appreciate. They’re not trying to reinvent the classics—they’re just serving them well. I tried the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful, and their classic breakfast platter, which comes with portobello mushrooms and asparagus.

Service here is another plus. Even in a crowded city, our group of four never waited more than five minutes to be seated, and once we ordered, food arrived within ten minutes. The staff keeps things moving without making you feel rushed.

I wanted to sit and enjoy my drink but I had to order via a qr code and they have like additional fee if you dine in. I was taken a back cause little things like these makes it incovenient for me. The cashier is literally there and there were 4 staff, I dont understand why can't somebody just take an order verbally but they do for takeaways. (honestly trying hard to be luckin coffee or like some posh cafe) I'm only visiting the city as well so my mobile data isnt quite good. I asked for the wifi but i wasnt provided. I changed my mind to just have it for takeaway.

I ordered an iced matcha latte. Taste was ok, nothing to be fond of. Price point was off for the mid taste. Its too expensive for a drink, even in HK. The prices were not displayed in the menu on the wall, but on the counter. Slipped my mind that its one of the signs that the place is pricey.
