Drowned in one of two sauces, BBQ or black pepper poured over the sizzling hot plate while you hold up a napkin to catch the juices and sauce jumping at you. Red borscht or white “cream” of mushroom soup which may or may not come with a dinner roll and butter. Finishing off with a drink to conclude your meal.
