🍜 Food & Taste: Ordered 2 plates of double meats (goose + roasted pork & char Siew + roasted pork) and 1 bowl of pig lungs almond soup (picture not taken) and 2 drinks (1 cold milk tea & lemon sprite).
The meats were a little of the fattier side but otherwise, taste is okay. It’s a fuss free meal. The portion is also quite big. Would prefer more meat to fats though.
📍 Place: There is a queue during lunch time but I feel it moved along fast because the shop space isn’t very small. The restaurant itself is comfortable and we were glad that we do not have to share table.
🤵🏻 Service: Not bad. The staff could understand Chinese and they took down our orders promptly. They did not scold or chase customers away.
💰 Price: 203 HKD for 5 items we ordered.
🐣Waiting Time: Reasonable. Was not very long since time is still needed for food to be prepared. Glad the wait in the queue...

This is a surprise since I've heard about some stories of restaurant service in Hong Kong. 😅They don't accept credit cards here, though.
Overall, I think it's a unique and cool...
Read moreTai Hing Restaurant on Nathan Road offers an average experience when it comes to Hong Kong-style coffee and milk tea. While the drinks are decent and remind me of the local café culture, they don't particularly stand out among the many options available in Hong Kong. It’s still acceptable to drink, but you might want to explore other places if you're after something exceptional.
One notable downside is their payment policy; they only accept Octopus cards and cash. This can be a bit inconvenient for those used to card payments, so be sure to bring sufficient cash or your Octopus for a hassle-free visit. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick drink, but there are definitely better...
