The Spaghetti House (Mong Kok) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Food was just okay. The spinach with mash potatoes looks and tastes like it has been frozen for a while and re-heat by microwave. We were looking for just some local style pizza. (Yeah. Pineapple & a lot of sauce on top that style) That’s why we went. Pizza is at what we expected. Table are spacious for two. Comfortable.

Highlight was that the staff are friendly. The reception took us to the table and explained so well about the menu. The server ( his name should be Gary, coz our bill printed as this name) overheard the conversation of me saying to my boyfriend about why he used all the sugar syrup to his coffee, which suppose to be shared between his coffee and my lemon tea. So Gary went straight to gave me another sugar syrup. Very thoughtful. It is quite rare to have service like this nowadays in hk, tbh. ( coz we don’t expect any good service in restaurants ranging less than 1k per head. ) Anyways, if you are looking for comfort space to enjoy your lunch or dinner, this is quite a good place. I am having a casual dinner after watching movies in this restaurant. This is the day before Valentine's Day. They have a Valentine's special menu. It looks good, and there are a lot of seats vacant, so I'm having a try. The overall food quality and taste are good. But the most frustrating point is their so-called lamp rack. It is tiny, just a little bit bigger than the chicken wings. Taking out all the fat, the meat should be less than a piece of chicken wing. Then I try to call the waiter to ask about the lamp. They said it was not their problem; it directly came from their supplier. This is an exciting response, as restaurants should know it, and it is under your control.
