I hate giving bad reviews but this one is necessary. I've eaten and rappi'd Bagatelle many times and overall I've always like their food, however i brought 5 people to lunch at their Parque 93 location and the experience was horrible. 2 of my clients didn't receive their food when the other 3 arrived. We waited a few minutes thinking maybe they were still completing... five minutes later, we followed up with the waiter who said 'just another couple minutes'. That was the last time we saw the waiter. I went to the kitchen twice and the manager to follow up and was told to just be patient... nearly one hour later as we are leaving as we were late for a meeting they brought the 2 plates out; a salad and a fish and chips. They didn't even get a chance to eat, and as I went to pay I noticed they charged me for everything. The manager was useless and said she couldn't do anything and we were late to so I paid.. I then contacted Bagatelle corporate, explained the situation and they told me they'd get back to me the next day... that was one month ago.
This type of service and customer disrespect will kill a brand that looks so promising. How difficult is it to accept blame and remedy a bad situation? It wasn't like i complained that the food wasn't cooked to my satisfaction, i was complaining that my clients weren't served, they were pissed, i was embarrassed and then I was forced to pay for food we didn't even consume. Easily the worst restaurant experience...
Read moreBagatelle was recomended by a friend. We really like the atmosphere and the food as it was delicious. We were 3 adults and one toddler and pay 252.000 pesos. The service wasn't as good as the food unfortunately, the waitresses were not very friendly and with long faces, I don't know if it was coz it was 31st of December. We asked to bring the hot drinks with the food and they brought 2 of them earlier so they got cold and they forgot my drink, I had to ask twice for it coz the waitress didn't realized that they brought the other drinks before. When we arrived around 9ish the place was half full but quickly it became full. The menu is very extensive so there are options for everyone. We order eggs Benedict with prosciutto, omelette de la Rosa or smtg like that, calentado, chocolate croissant and choco-almond croissant, 2 capuchinos, 1 latte, one mandarines juice and one Brioche bread to go. I'd like to give them another chance for the service and would like to come back.

Read moreAt first it looks like a very appealing place, they have a wide range of dishes and beautiful presentation. Unfortunately my experienxe was not positive. The paper menu they gave me was old, stained and the cover was partially ripped. I ordered a glass of water with ice, the traditional changua with soft eggs and hot cocoa santafereño with arepa and cheese. It took then about 10 minutes to bring the hot cocoa but forgot to bring the arepas and cheese. Those arrived about 5 minutes later. The changua made it to the table about 12minutes later. It was cold and the egges were hard boiled. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter when they came to ask how was everything. He apologized and said it was a busy and crazy day and they will work on improving their service. When I was paying the waiter came and asked if I still wanted my water with Ice. Food was good tasting but service killed it *in a...
