So lucky I found this place whilst in Salento. It’s just a shame that I know I will likely never get an empanada as good as this ever again.
They’re made fresh to order, and bursting with flavour. I highly highly recommend the pabellón. It doesn’t need anything else, but honestly the garlic sauce is brilliant and pairs with it very well.
The lady serving is unbelievably lovely too, trying to converse with me despite my woefully bad Spanish.
