Bohemian Brunch, Restaurante y Disco santa marta — Restaurant in Santa Marta

My previous review seems to have disappeared so I'm leaving one again because this place is awful.

We went as a group of 6, got some truly terrible tacos (with BBQ sauce covered chicken, rolled up cheese slices, canned sweetcorn, broken taco shells..), very mediocre cayeye, and one apparently very nice chicken curry.

Super slow service, we were one of TWO tables and there were two waitresses, and we had to wave them down multiple times to get some more drinks or to even order in the first place. I asked three times for some chilli sauce for the tacos. It then took about an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. We went for brunch on a Thursday morning. Although we were the ONLY customers, it took a long time to get our food. The waitress that took our order disappeared forever only to reappear with our food - which makes me think that she was the one cooking.

There were two waitresses including the one who served our food. When not serving food, they were constantly on their phones.

The food was mediocre. I got the “Chef’s recommended” waffles. It had some pieces of chocolates and nuts that tasted like one of those cheap trail mix that you buy at stores.

My wife I had a nice meal for brunch. We shared the Patagones Con Hogao and an order of Waffles Bohemian. Both meals were tasty. We really liked the waffles. They are topped with syrup, fried chicken, seed nuts, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and prosciutto. The varied flavors compliment each other well.
