What a gem of a find! We ate lunch here our first day in Monteverde based on excellent google ratings. We came back again for breakfast the next day because everything was so good. I wanted to add my excellent rating as well! The drinks and food are equally fantastic. The location has a lovely outdoor patio with lots of beautiful plants and succulents. Jessica took our order and waited on us and kindly entertained all our questions. With our group of 5 between 2 meals we covered a lot of the menu and everything was divine! Especially the smoothies, cold chocolate, and lemonade if you are wanting a cold beverage treat!...

Excellent. My very simple dish of Gallo Pinto with roasted vegetables was one of the best meals I've had in Costa Rica. My wife thought her Arroz con Pollo was OK and a bit salty, but I finished it and thought it was also excellent. I think they use more spices than is typical and get more flavor. Even my tomato and cucumber garnish had salt and pepper to liven it up.

As other reviews state, the juices are excellent.

Interior decoration is simple, but cute and artsy, with lots of plants and hummingbird feeders. Dish presentation was also very stylish.

Staff didn't speak much English, but that wasn't a problem. ...

Our favorite breakfast place in Santa Elena. The food was incredible and the local couple who own it were delightful. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Very reasonable prices. I had a delicious bagel sandwich with arugula, tomato, egg and cheese with a tasty homemade sauce. They also have a vegan version. Also some great lunch and dinner choices. The sun porch where we ate offers shade and a break from the wind. It is decorated with lots of plants and they have a few bird feeders nearby so you can get some pictures of local birds. Just down the hill from Super Compro on the way...
