Villa Burger — Restaurant in Monteverde

I hate to be the first non 5 star review. The Villa burger was actually really tasty. The tenderloin burger is not actually a burger. It's a tenderloin steak sandwich. The flavors were decent in the 'burgers' but nothing matching the rave reviews in my opinion. Still what I'm knocking stars off for is unrelated. There is MAJOR cross contamination going on during this operation. The chef handles the raw meat then handles your bun and other parts of the assembly. Hace un año que estuve pensando en estos hamburguesas! Regreso este año y todavía son las mas sabrosas hamburguesas que a tenido. Fue con mi esposa y ella sentía lo mismo.

This place is amazing! We forgot to even take a picture. The place just started my first time visiting monte verde. I went with a friend from spain. After a year of not eating any beef I was grateful to have broken my seal with this place lol! The meat is wonderful quality. I came back this month and I am so happy ro see this business is doing so great and still such wonderful people her. The owner is a sweet guy as well!

We ended here after a night hike, everything was closing and he was open and it was the best decision we could of made. I highly recommend the villa burger 🍔 and the bacon fries 🍟 🥓 they look simple but are full of flavor, i ordered an extra burger and extra fries to take to my airbnb for later that night, thats how good they are, also the business owner is a nice person to talk to he talked to us about his life and the food how he started...
