McDonald's — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

bad experience at Mc! from the multitude of options, our children chose McDonald's to celebrate a boy's birthday. Said and done almost every year. We had a cake with us to surprise the boy. Our children went to the place to play and we adults went to order their menus.....and from here we began to be pressured by the staff to leave as soon as possible, to take our cake and leave. They came many times to ask us when and if we would cut the cake. This in the conditions where two of the menus the children ordered was more than 40 minutes late!!!!! I explained the fact that we adults ordered other menus and were waiting to eat..., but we were still pressured by the staff.....so that in the end we could not enjoy the child's birthday and in the end then I left!!!!! I think we won't be going to McDonald Kato Paphos for a while. The worst management I've ever met in a McDonald's...

What a disappointing experience I just had. We came in for lunch. The parking lot was full, so I parked on the side near the drive-through. We placed our order, and then I saw some empty parking spots and decided to move my car so people could drive through more easily. The parking spots were very tiny. I tried to back into one, but the way it was angled, I couldn’t do it without a backup camera 😕. So I was clearly struggling. A woman who works there was watching me as I was going back and forth, trying to get it right, and started laughing at me. To make it worse, she included a table of customers — also women — who all started “cheering” me on about how bad I was at parking. What a great way for women to support another woman in a situation like that. What embarrassing behavior...

Better avoid the place around 19:30. Was here on Sunday 19:00+. We made the order through the machine and made the order to the table. 15 min after - nothing. Right after us a group of teenagers came in. All got their orders instantly, we kept waiting. Than my partner went to check what's with the food. 10 min after he left we've got our order. (25 minutes waiting in total). It has appeared that someone just took our order and manager or whoever was there was unable to even check if ppl taking their orders. Shame. We were not even offered a discount or free drink. Big disappointment for me. In the end they even forgot to give us part...
