Baarovka - restaurace — Restaurant in okres České Budějovice

The food was fine, but the service was below level. The lady at the counter didn't really care for customers. She showed me where the manu is and I walked up myself to order, awkwardly standing in a passageway. Many things from many weren't available, and when the waitress collected my plates, I didn't catch if I'm supposed to go to the counter to pay or stay seated. In the end it was somewhere in between. Keras 10, beer from the town (city?) of Bechyne. Interesting beer, hard to define the taste of it, but the price is right. 39 crowns for half a liter. Next, I tried Keras 12 for 43 crowns (half a liter). The taste is definitely fruity, not my type. They also serve here Plzen 12, but at 64 crowns; it is just a little bit too much...

Dnes večer jsem byl se skupinou přátel na menším posezení v této restauraci, obsluha celkem v pořádku, dostali jsme dokonce nějaké občerstvení (brambůrky, oříšky a hranolky) zdarma. Ale když došlo na placení, zjistilo se že na společném lístku máme o 5 velkých piv a 3 malá víc, o 3 vína víc, o 3 vody,..... a celkem to bylo přes 500,- Příště prostě každý svůj lístek, teda jestli bude nějaké příště. Na začátku se nás ptal jestli všichni na jeden nebo zvlášť, ale asi ho nenapadlo že budeme pít na jeden a účtovat každého zvlášť, připsal si pár čárek kam neměl, holt smůla a tohle se nedělá :( Do konce večera to vypadalo skoro na plný počet hvězd, ale to vyúčtování...
