Good Italian meals. I had grilled fish from a daily offer and it was very well prepared - moisture and tasty. The place needs better ventilation system for air inside, though. Me and my friend went for a table at the first floor. The air there was smelly from open kitchen at the ground floor. At the same time, there was an open window that made it very cold for people sitting inside. I tried to close it, but didn't succeed. I asked waitress to help me, as it's cold for some people sitting around the window, including us. Waitress told us that she doesn't know how to close that window and that she won't even try, because then there will be no ventilation and the air will start to be even more smelly. Me and my friend moved to another table not to freeze. Then some random couple got to the place and sat down at our original table. The girl was cold, the guy closed the window. As a result, the air really started to be more and more smelly. Me and my friend left the place, as we had finished our dinner. I don't know how waitresses managed the situation, but I can only imagine that they tried to open that window again so all people can breathe, even though some will be freezing. Ok solution for summer, but not for winter. This should be managed differently.

The paella I ate was very flavorful, the paella was like how my grandmother would make it as well and my grandma is a good cook 💯. I only have one “negative” comment: The serving size needs improvement. The paella serving is very little, even for one person, and didn’t make me full at all. I am saying this as someone who eats very slow. I usually eat 20-25 minutes for a meal, but with the paella i somehow manage to finish it around 10 minutes! The homemade lemonade also needs to be bigger (i can’t recall if there’s a bigger option) because it was really tasty and i think making the serving size a little bigger would be nice or if you can provide a bigger option in the menu, i would definitely order it.

Als ich also vor einigen Tagen da war, bestellte ich eine hausgemachte Limonade, welche nicht so dermaßen geschmacksintensiv war, wie ich erwartet habe, trotzdem war sie gut. Ich finde daran merkte man auch, neben den frischen Fruchtstücken im Glas, das sie selbstgemacht war. Zum essen bestellte ich mir die Lasagne, welche auch nett angerichtet serviert wurde. Das Auge ist ja schließlich bekanntlich mit. Jedenfalls war die Lasagne nicht nur optisch sehr ansprechend, sondern auch geschmacklich. Doch umso mehr ich mich nun in die Mitte des wirklich großen Stücks vorarbeitete, umso kälter wurde es, bis es gefühlt nur noch Zimmertemperatur im innern hatte, worauf ich die Bedienung darauf hinwies. Ohne groß zu zögern bot sie mir ein neues Stück an, welches ich auch einige Minuten später bekam. Dieses mal war es innen zumindest etwas wärmer, aber immer nocht NICHT HEIß. Nun gut dachte ich mir. Ich habe ja auch Verständnis dafür, wenn man ein großes Blech Lasagne auf ein mal macht und bei einer Bestellung ein Stück nimmt und wieder erwärmt, solange alles auch weiterhin gut schmeckt und vor allem heiß ist. Geschmacklich war auch an der Lasagne nichts auszusetzen. Mein Wunsch wäre es einfach, ggf. die Art der Zubereitung zu ändern, indem man das Stück z.B durch 2 teilt um es besser zu erwärmen. Dementsprechend könnte man auch die Art der Anrichtung passend ändern.

Returning to my favorite “Jean Paul’s “ restaurant after of some months for a traditional carbonara . Well I will expect something better than the past times, starting from the portion I think they have made it a bit smaller (easy way to check it with the fork) I wouldn’t expect something like that but I think this can be improved. Some other details of this traditional easy (but also difficult) dish is the harmony of the eggs and cheese, was a bit yellowish at the end seems look like more than yellow oil instead of eggs with cheese to consist a well bound cream. Also the cheese even as snowflakes above the spaghetti’s was invisible. Place for improvement also as a final touch of the service. We close with a desert and of course tiramisu that I found it excellent and balanced with espresso coffee. The personnel were very friendly and close when we need them. We will return again and I will expect some improvements. After all the details makes...
