Būcheck — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

We have been planning to visit this food truck in Zelný trh square for a really long time and today was the day. They usually serve only one menu item (at least today was that case) with the meat coming from their own farm. The service was nice and they speak English as well.

Today we had Pulled Čičičíz (pulled beef with cheese) with Hrancle (fries). The meal was prepared pretty fast (within 10 mins I'd say). The burger was super delicious, the flavours were all well-balanced and the fries... Omg the fries, they were exceptionally good. If you are in town, definitely come check out these guys, you will not be disappointed. They are open until sold...

Bucheck is a little food truck located just off the market place. In the corner they have sorted out, you have space to eat the best burgers in town. They have original recipe and everytime I come to Brno they have a different burger. For example the day I visited they had pulled pork or grilled cheese burgers. The french fries taste also very good and you can add to your meal their own beer 🍺 APA nammed "liquid bread". Overall I highly recommend this place and I look forward to come back to try...

Great and original burgers, that are pretty small at first sight, but then fill you up amazingly. Rich flavor and tons of tasty grease! Fries are extremely crispy, which I liked, but might be a little too much for some. In my pulled pork burger I found a piece of fatty meat that was definitely not finely pulled pork, which I didn't like too much. There also isn't that much space to enjoy the meal, especially on colder days. The atmosphere, music and service...
