Sky Ice Bar — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

I have been here many times just because of the location, but this was the last time, never have I had a waiter in this bar say Hello, goodbye or smile at me, the staff is extremely rude, never have I felt like a customer but more like I am begging them for something, I had waiters rolling their eyes and they also refuse to communicate in any way, wait for a drink or to get served for 20 minutes even when the bar is almost empty, and never was asked if I need another drink in stead I have to waive, stand up or look for the staff on the bar counter. I strongly advise against this bar for foreigners. The waiters were not pleasant, made no effort to communicate in English and took too long to come and take our orders. What's more, some orders were never served after 3 reminders and more than 45 minutes. And the worst thing is that these orders were billed even though they had NEVER been served, and all this after insistence and disrespect on the part of the waiters. To be avoided! Great location, vibing atmosphere, with friendly ebglish speaking waiter. Various selection of drinks and cocktaiks. Active security inside the bar.. Great music from DJ. Could not order wine bottle though as it was out....
