Hotel U Zvonu — Restaurant in okres Plzeň-město

I have reviewed this hotel several times in the past but I feel that I want to do it again. Each time we stay here, I am impressed by the incredible staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I made a mistake on my reservation and didn't realize it until just a few days before arriving. When I contacted the manager, Veronika, she told me that they caught my mistake and made the correction. The service that they provide is unlike that of any hotel I have ever experienced. We had a group of 5 people leaving for the airport at 3:00 A.M. Since we would not be there to enjoy their great breakfast, they provided a bagged meal for each of us. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel and the people who run it. I am already looking forward to...

This hotel is conveniently located to allow walking to attractions in Pilsen. They also offer underground parking which makes life easy for travelers. The rooms and clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The staff are all very kind and friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best of any place that I have stayed. They offer eggs and meat products in abundance. My favorite are the fresh fruits - watermelon, apricots, apples, mandarin oranges, pears, pineapple, etc I have never been to place with such an assortment of fresh and just ripe fruit. They also have fabulous bread assortments as well as sweet rolls. They even have a top of the line coffee maker and you just push the button choosing coffee, hot water, or cappuccino....
