A beautiful little gem in Plzeň! With a small, yet diverse, beer tap room with food that is tasty AF! (😍) a cool vibe to it and the most awesome, kind, friendly and on point staff EVER, no joking! They all seem to enjoy what they do, I guess owners also take good care of them and it shows! The menu is seasonal, international and very interesting, a result of the owners travels and personal likes. You'll start with a beer get teased by its menu, fall in love with the taste of the food and feel totally comfortable with the staff, which make sure you never have an empty glass or missing something, you'll never want to leave! A Fresh and Fun Spot in Pilsen 🍻✨

Pistro is a really great spot here in Pilsen I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the food. It feels fresh, flavorful, and definitely something different from the usual Czech cuisine. In fact, it reminds me a lot of Latin food, which I personally love. There’s a lot of variety on the menu, and many of the dishes feel special, out of the ordinary.

The vibe is fun and cozy perfect for having drinks in the winter inside, but they also have some outdoor seating with tables and chairs for the summer, which makes it just as enjoyable when it’s warm. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting, the place is nicely decorated, and the beer is great too.

I especially recommend the fish and chips and the tacos both were super tasty. I’d definitely go back, especially to eat...
