It is one of the 1-2 places in Prague that actually serve acaí bowls, so I keep going there regardless of the service. But the service indeed is not very good, over the past 3 months, 4 times it has happened to me that I took a seat outside, waited for 15-20 minutes, then had to leave cause I was on a schedule, if a server doesn't come to you in 15 MINUTES, well that says a lot about it. And no, I don't think it's my issue to go and inform everyone about my arrival, when I am the only one of 2 other people sitting outside ! This is not about the staff being in hurry, having too many people to take orders from, this is just plain ridiculous. The acaí bowls as many many people have mentioned are disproportionate, even when i try to mix in the ingredients on top into the acaí first thing I receive it, still I end up eating 50% of the bowl like plain cold soup. Juices/smoothies they offer are really good and never had an issue with them. What I do have to point out though, is their matcha - I've never had such a disgusting matcha in my life, the powder was not mixed at all, they were ball-like parts of matcha all over the drink (NOT just at the bottom, even if you took a sip from the top part of the glass it was still unbearable). I ended up taking the matcha home and redid it to something that can be actually consumed - since I didn't want to just leave it and waste money. The tables outside are extremely uncomfortable and bowls do not stand still. With all that said, I don't go there anymore since I just cannot handle their service, if I feel like eating acaí bowl I order it on wolt, so I can mix in more fruit at home and I don't have to go there to deal with waiting...
Read moreByli jsme právě v této kavárně. Pracovali zde pouze dva lidé, velmi mladá dívka (nevyškolená) a žena z Ukrajiny (Zakarpatsko).
Čekali jsme 15 minut a nikdo k nám nepřišel, abychom si objednali, museli jsme jít k pokladně.
Chtěli bychom, aby v Praze byly normální kavárny, kde bychom mohli dostávat služby, potěšení a radost, místo toho, abychom odcházeli s negativními emocemi.
Of course, here's your review translated into English:
We just visited this café. There were only two people working, a very young girl (untrained) and a woman from Ukraine (Transcarpathia).
We waited for 15 minutes and no one approached us to take our order, so we had to go to the counter to place it.
They brought us the acai bowl we ordered. The woman from Transcarpathia asked us something, and a piece of food flew out of her mouth, landing on the plate (thankfully not inside the bowl). Additionally, her hands were covered in food, which was not aesthetically pleasing. The bowl tasted average, nothing more.
We ordered 1 cappuccino with oat milk and a matcha latte with oat milk, but they brought them with almond milk. My wife went to ask the young girl if they were sure they made it with oat milk, and the woman from Transcarpathia started nodding, implying that yes, she made it with oat milk. My wife mentioned it tasted like almond milk, the young girl checked the fridge and saw that it was indeed made with almond milk and not oat milk. They remade the cappuccino and matcha latte with oat milk, but unfortunately, the coffee was not tasty at all, and the matcha latte felt like they didn't add any matcha at all; it wasn't green, just warmed oat milk (though the version with almond milk was green).
We didn't even drink it, just paid and left. We do not recommend this café; it was a total disappointment. We wish there were decent cafés in Prague where one could receive good service, pleasure, and joy, instead of leaving with...
Read moreI came here with my friends and alone almost 4 days in a row! So far, we've tried Original, Raw Cinnamon, Crunchy Peanut Acai Bowls, Maracuja Madness Smoothie Bowl, and a pink chai latte. We loved all of it, but my favourite is the certainly the crunchy peanut one. Portions seem small at first, but it's pretty filling, especially for breakfast. Ingredients are fresh and everything is assembled very nicely. The tables were always clean and the ambiance at the cafe is welcoming, comfortable, and cozy! The service is very sweet and attentive. My only concern during my visits was the waiting time, but I think that sometimes employees are just overwhelmed with WOLT and other visitors. Will surely come again and highly recommend this place for breakfast with your friends or a nice brunch. Looking forward to trying...
