They've changed their staff, which incredibly worsened their service to the lowest level - a person at the counter is doing two jobs (preparing food for online takeaways as well as servicing the walking-in clients), that type of cheap service attitude which I call "jack of all trades, master of none", makes them pay no attention and show no interest whatsoever to their clients' needs (i.e. packaging is poor - throwing boldly a fresh slice of fish in a supermarket-style plastic bag w/o asking how I want to pack it), when I complained to their owner/manager about the packaging, I received a naive and ignorant reply "there's an option to pack it differently and their fish is fresh" (LOL!) - back to the point: their previous staff was very welcoming, always payed attention and recommended/offered options when I had special requests (i.e. sold me many times peeled shrimps), now their staff say "can't do that/never done it" because it's only for grilled shrimps ordered online - and the icing on the cake: their new staff is touching money/credit card terminal using the same gloves as preparing the fish for you, don't recommend the ignorant places such as this and never...
Read moreWorst seafood shopping experience I've ever had. I'm not talking about the quality of the fish, but the customer service was so poor that I decided to shop at Blue Fjord instead. I walked in, and I was met by one of the most judgemental and lame people in my life. When I asked for mussels, I've been pretty much implicitely told that it's more than I can afford, probably because of the way I was dressed that day. That was probably the rudest and most ignorant shopping experience I've ever had, and even if their fish was made out of diamonds I would refuse to go there again.
And just by the way, at Blue Fjord the mussels cost half of what they would have charged me here, they were fresh...
Read moreI was love this place, and returned there for a several time. But since yesterday it's became horrible. I came there yesterday and ordered soup for taking away. Woman who worked yesterday put her finger inside the pot at the cooker and touched the soup to estimate, is it warm enough or not! With her finger! After acceptance the cash by these hands, and maybe after something else. She worked without gloves. On my question what she doing and is it normal, she answered nothing, just continuing to wait when the soup will be ready to put it in the boxes. Its really shame and disapointment.. I am not recommend this...
