When we came in it was already packed and we also saw a lot of delivery drivers coming in for online orders, so I got my mum Pho and me just a small snack.

The seating area is with small tables perfect for 2, for more I guess you can just place yourself next to eachother since the tables are really close. The ambience is classically small bistro, so a bit louder and busier but that's to expect :)

When we sat down to wait for the food, I realized it was only 2 staff members: the cook and the guy at the counter which is crazy with the amount of people who came in to order and all the things like cleaning, dishwasher, taking orders, etc. And that on a holiday too! My deepest respect!

When it comes to the food, I have to say that the soup base of the Pho lacks a bit flavor. The amount and presentation were just right and it came with fresh additional chilli and lemon slices which...

I love Vietnam, love good food, but this is missing the point in any case of cuisine. High-value North Vietnamese cuisine especially for me personally with fresh herbs, intriguing sauces, balanced combinations. None of this is happening here, it is just a blend of cucumber rice noodles meat and green salad cut into pieces. Sauces the basic thing, just below par for everything. It was never the case in the fist years they had open ( full of herbs, Different sauces on the table). Now this place is just for tourist, and locals Never being in Vietnam. Rude and not friendly staff and average food. We went for lunch here and ordered 3 different meals, for one in special we like to add soy sauce. We came to the encounter to request some soy sauce & the employee at the cashier nicely was going to give it to us as we only needed but if it, when the woman at the kitchen realised she yelled not to do provide it. Then we replied we just wanted wanted a little and she screamed back in some Asian language at us with the rudeness in her face and just so mean that we can’t believe.
