GATE — Local services in Prague

When it comes to the fast fashion, everything is wrong. Unethical inhuman business for the unfair profit of few, with the great debt left for the next generations in the culture, environment as well as poverty and enslavement. What I appreciate particularly on this shop/chain, are its prices. This is the first fast fashion chain where the prices really meets the relevant quality, in other words, you pay here for what you got. Well to be precise – in sales. Which is not the case of HM, Reserved and many other staff, even „cheap“ as well, still no sensible for the quality, especially considering its durability (not speaking about mentioned above). Also, here you can find, even not much, 100 % natural clothing (cotton, linen) which is highly unusual among clothing for women of that prices in today's fast fashion shops. And these things stay for a while, better, less perishable fabrics then in other fast fashion shops. So if you really are on budget and you can't think on others and the human future, I think it's good choice after all. And it's a heaven for XS! :) It would be nice to have the barrier-free entrance...

Extremely unpleasant and threatening experience Right after I entered the fitting room, I heard staff members laughing mockingly, and unknown dust was thrown from outside into the fitting room. It lasted for about a minute and was genuinely frightening. When I confronted the staff, they denied everything and refused to take responsibility. The CCTV didn't cover the fitting room area, and the staff fast-forwarded the footage, skipping the key moments. I only received a superficial apology. Predavačka na pokladni bola veľmi hrubá,nepríjemná,neochotná. Bola som svedkom toho ako hrubo kričala na zákazníčku len preto lebo ju zákazníčka údajne "príliš potichu pozdravila". Pokladníčka jej dávala prednášku o slušnom správaní, pričom ona sama bola drzá. Čo je toto za zákaznícky servis? V 21 storočí je to proste absolútny trapas. Chcela som si v ten deň kúpiť v tomto obchode pár vecí ale toto maximálne drzé a nadradené správanie pri pokladni ma odradilo a nič som si tam radšej nekúpila. Incident sa stal 10.4. 2024, pokladníčka mala blond vlasy a tetovanie. V živote tam už nevstúpim, hanba ako sa správa táto predavačka. Mala by si uvedomiť že ešte stále platí "náš...
