Listen, I have experienced my fair share of ups & downs when it comes to customer service in Prague. The standards are different compared to where I come from.

The lovely blonde waitress, whose name I forgot to ask, delivered the best level of care with such ease. She might be the managere there.

I wanted a tequila based cocktail. Sadly, they did not have any. She thought on her feet & offered their own version of Tequila Sunrise which was not on the menu. Even though it may seem obvious, that type of approach is as rare as a four-leaf clover here.

The food is great. I bring people from various ethnic backgrounds to taste our cuisine. They all love it.
