Onigirazu — Restaurant in Prague

It might just be the flavour I had, which was the one with kimchi. I have the say that the rice is definitely of good quality (not the mushy ones you find in the cheaper sushi stores here in Prague). However, they were too heavy with the salt. I could barely taste the tanginess and spiciness of the kimchi and the umami of the seaweed. All I tasted was salt. I would want to try the other flavours but I hope it isn't going to be a...

EDIT: We came back several times and always were very satisfied. Tasty sushi-like sandwiches for reasonable prices. No place to sit though.

A big disappointment so far. On Friday according to their opening hours they promise to be open until 21:00, but when we came at 20:05, the door was already locked, the roller shutter pulled half way down and the staff was cleaning up the place while watching us...

It's a pickup store with three types of onigiri. The size is more a big ball a bit bigger than a typical onigiri. There are three flavors available. I thought the rice was partially undercooked. The nori is difficult to chew through as they don't wrap it fresh but it's been soaking pre-made right on top of the rice for a while. Nice to try but I'm not gonna go out of my way to go...
