A wonderful experience I will never forget for all the right reasons. Even from a distance it’s easy to fall in love with the tower as soon as you can see it. The walk up the hill was worth every moment once we could see the silver tower and it’s crawling babies up close. We’d heard there was a restaurant and despite both of us being scared of heights we ignored the 66 metres declaration and headed up in the lift. And I’m so glad we did. We were welcomed by friendly and immaculately dressed waiting staff into a delightful modern space. The bistro was undeservedly quiet, which suited us fine and we were able to have a raised booth with an absolutely outstanding view of the city. So beautiful that I was near to tears, yep in the late summer sunshine it was that amazing, I think the glass of wine and soothing ambient music helped. The menu was traditional and very reasonably priced and our ordered was taken professionally. I had the pork tenderloin and it was, with its super smooth mashed potato and perfect gravy one of the best things I have ever eaten. Cue more dabbing of wet eyes! I felt like John Torode on Masterchef! My husband’s burger was also excellent and we used his fries to mop up every bit of food off our plates. The puddings that are beautifully displayed in the foyer didn’t disappoint and were delicate, perfectly balanced triumphs. The lovely waiter told us they were all loving made by their clever and kind pastry chef. I could easily have stayed there all day sipping wine and watching the sun go down but there’s so much to explore in Prague that we were forced to leave, but as an added treat, later, we were able to see three more crawling babies up close outside the...

This place is a joke, we experienced exactly the same thing as others here. We booked a table and after we tried to order alcoholic drinks (which are expensive) and some desserts we were told that this is a restaurant so they serve food and if we want coffee and cake we have to move to coffee room which has barely any view. I asked what is the difference because we already booked, we are willing to spend money there, what’s the difference if it is food money or drinks money, and they also didn’t warn on their website that we are obliged to order food, but the waiter was repeating over and over that this is a restaurant and restaurants serve food not drinks and was calling me „lady”. He also mentioned that if they allowed people to have only drinks and desserts they would have too many people visiting. This is so stupid to me because this way they didn’t make any money because we had a reservation that was later empty. Completely...

Great location to have an amazing view on Prague while enjoying your meal. Of course the best you can get with good weather. This is not the first time for me, and I can admit that the food improved and tastes better than before. The prices are the same as you can find in the city nowadays. The service is also better, but still, there are gaps to improve definitely. The only ridiculous thing is wine variety and prices. A cheapest bottle of wine from the Czech Moravia region cost at least 1200-1300,- CZK, seriously? 🤣🙈 if you are a tourist who doesn't know the local prices might be acceptable but otherwise... excuse me...🤣 Bare in mind that if you go only to the restaurant zone, you don't have to pay any entrance fee on the main entrance. But if the view from the restaurant zone wouldn't be enough for you, you can go higher to the viewpoint, but in this case you will need to pay view point entrance fee (300,- adult; 230,- students,...

Amazing view of Prague, especially at sunset! However, I’m giving 2 stars for the poor customer service. When we arrived at the front, there was a queue. Little did we know that we didn’t even need to wait in that queue to go to the bistro. There’s no one to tell you what to do besides the one person at the desk dealing with reservations and tickets. Once up, no one greeted us so we entered and sat ourselves without even a ‘hello’, then we waited at least 20 minutes to be acknowledged and brought a menu. 20 more minutes passed to get a glass of wine. On the plus side: We had the goulash soup which was good. Prices are decent and not too expensive.
