Hold onto your sombreros, folks, because I just found a hidden gem in Prague that’ll transport your taste buds straight to Mexico! 🌮 First off, let me tell you, I haven't had such authentic and mouth-watering Mexican cuisine in this city until I stumbled upon this spot. The quesadilla? Oh man, it was a thicc masterpiece loaded with shredded pork and ooey-gooey cheese, all perfectly balanced with a zesty salsa and fresh, diced veggies. My taste buds were doing the cha-cha!

But wait, there's more! I couldn't resist ordering the taco combo with hot salsa, and let me tell you, it hit the bullseye! Just the right amount of heat—enough to make you sweat but not send you running for the hills. And don’t even get me started on the margarita. It was so good, I’m convinced they put a little bit of magic in there. Balanced, tasty, and a drink you’ll want to sip on all day.

The ladies working there? Totally original and bring that extra bit of authentic charm to the place. But, here’s the kicker—this isn’t a restaurant. Bad burrito, bad customer service. Got a large carnitas burrito delivered via wolt. It was 95% rice. I complained through wolt customer service and the restaurant said my complaint was invalid because technically all of the ingredients were in the burrito (nevermind the tiny amount of meat). Will never order from them again due to the response).

PS In response to the restaurant reply: the exceptions I asked for were: no cheese and no guacamole. Taking these out doesn't change the fact that there was almost no meat inside the burrito. If its a large burrito, i'd expect there to be more meat, not 90% rice and a tiny bit of meat. I've ordered hundreds of burritos in my life without cheese and guac and never had a burrito like this with so much rice and so little meat.

I hope your refusal to make a refund (or even offer a credit) was worth the bad review, the loss of a customer (who ordered from you previously), and me telling people to not go there because you don't admit when you got something wrong. It's just bad policy, but do what...
