Went here for a small coffee break before heading to the airport. It took 25mins for 1 coffee. I asked if there was any progress on the order as I was waiting a while. Found out the machine broke and didn't tell anyone. Finally got the stuff half an hour after ordering it. Not fast at all. We only sat down to have our coffee and drinks etc for about 15mins before we got moaned at by the staff cause we weren't allowed to play uno inside. We werent even killing that much time, only pulled the cards out and started to play. i would understand if we were in there for hours on end or people were waiting for seats. But nothing like that happened.
I still had half my drink left and so did my other half We were still drinking our drinks but the attitude she gave us was so appalling I was shocked she'd actually speak to customers and to us like that. It wasn't a 'please could you' it was an annoyed 'you can't' Absolutely not professional and it honestly angered me. We weren't in the place that long, only sat down for about 15mins. I will...
Read moreWhen I arrived at the McDonald’s, I was rushed to go to the toilet. When I finished the order and got the receipt, I was surprised that there was no WC code on the receipt. Then I walked around and found the toilet is charged in 15 CZK. It was the first time that I had to pay to use the toilet as a customer. They put some paper to say the toilet is charged. But it was not anywhere. For me, I couldn’t see it after finishing the order. Yes, the toilet will return a 15 CZK voucher which it is can be used in the restaurant. But it was too late for me. I also met another customer who had the same circumstances as me. It is too absurd.
Unfortunately, it is not the end of my story. From midnight to now, at 5am, I vomit serval times and have diarrhea. Since I haven’t eaten any food after this unpleasant dinner, I think the food was not clean. Thank you for...
Read moreHorrible experience with the service ad McDonald's MUSEUM. I was there with three children (ages 3–8) and an elderly grandfather. I ordered and paid for breakfast (about €15) using the self-service machine. Then I went to the toilet. The lady at the toilet entrance insisted that everyone must pay 20 CZK, even though she said it would be deducted from the order. But it doesn’t work if you’ve already paid — you’re forced to make another order. So if you come with kids or elderly people, be careful and use the toilet beforehand, or you’ll end up paying extra. It’s a terrible system — anywhere else in Europe you simply get a toilet code as a customer, but not in Prague. I asked for a refund and we went to another café instead. The staff had no problem giving the money back, but they didn’t seem to find their system...
