Pizzeria Einstein | Praha 2 - Vinohrady — Restaurant in Prague

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent dining experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, the visit did not meet the expectations I had based on previous visits to your other Pizzeria Einstein restaurants.

Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the Kofola served was not draught but rather bottled and chilled from the refrigerator. This was misleading and not what I anticipated.

Secondly, the policies regarding the use of ISIC discounts at your location are unnecessarily restrictive and inconsistent with the more lenient rules at other branches of your pizzeria. This disparity is both confusing and frustrating for loyal customers.

Additionally, the food we received was cold, indicating that it had been left out for too long after being prepared. Which came out as true when I have seen it resting on the chef’s table more than 5 minutes after it has been done. This significantly detracted from the enjoyment of our meal.

Lastly, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which further soured the dining experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Only star giving for the beautiful convinient...

We visited the restaurant on Tuesday 6 December 2022 after several unsuccesful attempts to find a free spot for 4 people. On a third try we finally found a spot after 4 people that just left. The table was not cleaned yet but we wanted to sit down in order to prevent others from taking it (the restaurant was pretty full). Then it began. All of a sudden a dark haired waitress came to us and started yelling (autistic screeching). She was angry that we have already occupied the table. Then she started cleaning the table in a very aggresive manner and with negative comments towards us. I have never experienced such awful behaviour from a waiter towards paying customer at a restaurant. After we finished our meal, she did not even care to take our plates for cca 30 minutes. We gave her our feedback but it seems she cared a bit. Maybe her manager should :)

Safe to say, I am never going to that restaurant ever again and I recommend others not to go...

Worst service ever!! Mediocre food. We went to Einstein with a group of 6 students to have pizza with the ISIC discount. The whole atmosphere was very rushed and we had to order quickly. As we ordered we made it very clear who was wanting to get what and he took our cards with him- everything was fine. The food came and it was an ok meal, but definitely not a well baked pizza with good ingredients. As soon as we finished eating the staff made us uncomfortable for talking to eachother and asked us several times to pay. The big surprise came at the payment, where we got scammed by the manager who told us that we didn’t order in the correct way and therefore having to pay the price without discount. As we asked why he started to ridicule our group accusing us of not being able to read correctly. Very rude and unpleasant stay at the restaurant. Would never ever go...
