So I am from Turkey, Adana. I will review it accordingly :) most of the kebabs are unfortunately overcooked. This restaurant wouldn't survive in my town even a month with kebabs. Not just that, the vegetables inside are chopped really small and it's missing some spices but I couldn't figure out that yet. But I am still going there as it's a good option in Prague. According to my taste their lahmacun/pide is really good like the actual Turkiye standard. I really love their sütlaç as a dessert too. Their iclikofte is ok. If you want to eat something nice you can also try sarma beyti as it's served really nicely. It's hard to find good ingredients in Prague and the restaurant is usually packed with people so I have some empathy with them, that is why I am giving 4 star but I am also saying that you should try these dishes in Turkey. I am also giving 5 star for their service, as for Czech standards their service is super fast and staff is super polite and kind.

Undoubtedly the leading Turkish restaurant in Prague when it comes to ingredient quality, portion sizes, and flavor. The oven master does an amazing job with lahmacun and pide. Breakfast dishes like menemen and eggs with sucuk taste just like we're used to—and crave. The lamb neck soup is one of the best I’ve ever had. We haven’t tried the kebabs yet, but we’ll definitely be back for them :) The atmosphere is lovely, especially with the courtyard fountain and the sunlight—it creates a peaceful and pleasant ambiance. The only downside is the lack of accessible pathways for wheelchairs and strollers, but the staff is very helpful and supportive in that regard. One of the few places I can recommend to guests without hesitation.

WOW!!! 🌟 The BEST Turkish and grill restaurant I have visited in Prague!! Truly an amazing place with authentic Turkish taste! The staff are beyond kind and helpful, everyone speaks perfect English! The food is on another level, SO SO DELICIOUS!! The meat is high quality, perfectly grilled and tender, well seasoned and the prices are very reasonable for such amazing food! The quantities are very satisfying as well! We tried Ali Nazek and the mixed grill platter, as well as the pida with minced meat, everything was 10 stars! We will definitely return many times and I recommend this place 100% 💯 you also must try the dessert and the turkish tea, which is the most delicious tea you will ever have!

Second time I've been to the restaurant and even though the food is amazing, the service is lacking behind, very friendly and very kind however very disorganized.

Arrived at the restaurant after we had a reservation and we were escorted to our table. We were left to decide and after a few minutes, we ordered.

Starters: CACIK , PEYNIRLI SALAT, FIRIN MANTAR DOLMA & KASARLI SUCUKLU PIDE

Mains: 4 Kebabs (3 Tavuk and 1 Kuzu)

Starters, except Kasarli Sucuklu, came to our table. No small plates in front of us to be able to put salad and cacik so we can enjoy it individually, instead, we had to reach out with our forks and grab them from the main plate. As you imagine there was some mess created on the table which we cleaned.

Tables that arrived AFTER us were starting to already have food on the table, we were waiting ~55 minutes before I asked where are the main courses and after 5 minutes they came with our Kebabs. I want to mention, until now we only received 4 napkins 1 for each which I found it odd, to be honest, and we had to ask for additional and they still gave us 4 (1 for each) I have been to taverns and we had small plates on the table and a pack of napkins as a standard.

Food was amazing, 0 complaints at all from no one on the table.

The worst part is when we ordered desserts: 1 Kunefe 2x FIRIN SÜTLAÇ and 1 Baklava. They brought the desserts without cutlery, no spoons no forks no knives. At that point I was getting annoyed, we sat there 5 minutes thinking that they will bring us the cutlery but it seems we were forgotten.

I asked one of the members of service, we need spoons and forks because we cannot eat, and he brings us 4 spoons, I don't know about you but I didn't know that you can eat kunefe and baklava with a spoon. We had to explicitly ask for a fork pointing at the Kunefe assuming that he will also bring a knife, I was mistaken.

We ordered Turkish Coffee, again amazing.

Time for the bill at the end ~2600czk = 120€

My father grabbed the check and rushed to pay because he didn't want us to pay and on the counter the service asked, NICELY, for a 10% tip and my father agreed, he didn't like the service but he has done this job when he was young and he always leaves tip unless the service is truly horrendous. Personally I wouldn't have tipped however I don't think is a service issue but rather a management issue, service was helpful when we asked even though I do believe some things are common sense, If the place was 100% full, I don't believe the service the restaurant had last night, would had pulled it...

entrance had fruits and vegetables in packets , which is nice like in the fact that you know what their cooking with however is VERY unprofessional Also shards of glass on the stairs 😑 And also the moss on the walls was falling off… great start

food came first after TWENTY or THIRTY minutes Mind you we did not even order real food , we ordered more or less breakfast things

when they brought it out , they didn’t even bring out plates with the food?! That came a few minutes after , and a few minutes after that they brought 3 drinks…. ( there were five of us 🤦 ) also they forgot to bring my mom a plate…super

Breakfast food was nice , but definitely not worth the wait since it’s pretty simple stuff. 20 minutes later me and my brother FINALLY got our tea 😑

overall Waiting times were ridiculous Food was alright pretty nice to have a piece of home in Czechia And servis guy was nice but shame that didn’t bring everything at once or in the right order.

There was one server that was really nice though and apologised about everything and even warned us kinda in advance that waiting would be along , although I didn’t expect it to be This Long

overall my rating is a 4/10 not bad , not good just mid maybe we just came at a bad time but I wouldn’t really recommend unless you’re really desperate for some...

Every Turkish person knows that if you move abroad, you shouldn’t expect a great service as in Turkey. Well forget all the bad services you have had. This place has a record. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 If it has been possible to give minus star, i would have gave -100 stars out of ten. They were really slow. We have waited too long to be served. Someone took our orders like half an hour later after our arrival. Then we waited another hour to be served. We were there around 19.45 and our food was served after 21.00. They brought lesser utencils than our group. All waiters were in the kitchen area while we were trying to find someone to ask or order. What is worse? When we asked for something again, we were told “But I told them to bring”. Solution? Pff, they just blamed eachother.

Kebab was good but others especially içli köfte was not prepared and cooked properly. I would have prefer less delicious kebab but a proper service.

Will I ever go there? Well, maybe they are the only place left open in the Prag and I’m too hungry and there is a long way home.

Nah kidding, grass...
