Loved it!
On our last of 5 nights in Prague we wanted to eat close to our apartment and change the food up. We found this Japanese Vietnamese fusion restaurant.
We walked in around 6:30 pm on a Monday night and took a table inside. Note that there are a couple of tables outside and two seating areas inside.
They were not busy when we arrived but a few more couples arrived around 7 pm.
The gentleman waiter was kind and understood our English. We ordered drinks and already knew what we wanted to eat and ordered our food at the same time.
We shared the following: A7: Nem Goi (fresh spring rolls) with Shrimp A13: Dim Sum (steamed dumplings) with Shrimp 5: Dragon Roll 14: Maguro Tempura Roll Mojito drink Passion Soul drink
The Nem Goi came out first followed quickly by the Dim Sum. Both were great and we liked the New Goi best.
A bit later, the rolls came out. They were huge and the presentation was amazing. I especially liked the Dragon Roll while my wife preferred the Maguro Tempura Roll.
Our drinks were tasty as well.
Everything here at Sushi Viet, for us was excellent. The Atmosphere, the Service, the Food Timing, the Food Presentation and of course the Food Taste.

Read moreA little family run Vietnamese. But one with a big impact and big flavours that make you mind blown as to why this isn't raved about more.
We are at the end of our trip in Prague and this is by far the best meal we have had. Everywhere else had an expectation of quality. Most would look on this place and turn their nose up, as my Mrs did. But they have mastered everything. They really care about the food and quite frankly they seem to care about the food more than the money.
Talking money, their prices are CHEAP! Like they are unaware of how good their own food is or simply stick to the tradition of good food comes first. Places like this are hard to come by. And Prague should be happy to have this on their doorstep.
Thank you guys!
You restored my faith in the meals here.
