Hangar Club & Bar — Restaurant in Prague

Worst bar experience in all prague!!! We really had a bad waiter, I wish i had the waiter name so i could give it to you, but i can only describe him physically. Once we sat on the table he approched us and ask for the reservation, it took us some time to decide after 1min of waiting he gave us those wierd looks as if we are stupid and waisting his time, he just left after 1 min. Than after 10 he came back continuing to give us his neglactic look, we order 2 whisky 1 margarita cocktail and one beer. When he came we the drinks he literally throw the drinks to our table. Then we did not like the cocktail and wanted to change it, he said it is our problem and we need to pay what we ordered, and that we got what we asked for. We told him that we really dont like it and we will take a beer instead and he still insisted that we can not replace it and its our problem, we asked for the manager and this rude young waiter told us he is the manager (so i told to myself there is no way this 24 years old waiter is the manager) so we told him we are not going to pay for this drink and if he want he can replace it. So he looked at us with his furious eyes and gave us the bill (even though we did not ask for one) he literally kicked us from the bar (we ofcourse payed the bill without the margarita and left). It was a really bad experince.

I am really hoping it was the waiters fault and not the bar policy to treat customer this way so i am describing the waiter physicall appearance so you could act acordingly: He is about 24-26 years old blond short hair about 1.82m smooth face and lean...

I love your bar is really beautiful and around 2 to 3 times a month I go to it, but sadly yesterday was my last time going back, you had 2 male bartenders working last night 6/5/2019, one of them approach me to put my feet down from the chair (completely agree my fault for putting my feet on the chair) but his treatment towards me wasn't professional at all, first he comes with the bottle opener touch my leg with it and tell me this is a BAR NOT YOUR HOME!!! Where is the customer service here??!!! It was so hard for him to tell me: Can you please put your feet down!!! No need to touch me or be disrespectful towards me and my friend. The other bartender dark hair dark eyes was amazing he kept asking us if we wanted anything else all the time, but the other one come on, if he treats everyone like he did to me, your are losing customers for sure SAD!! Don't like giving reviews at all, but I work in customer service also so I think is important to leave...

Hangar is a wonderful bar where one can have a great, relaxed evening.

The location - as the name says - is designed around the theme of aviation and the atmosphere is great. There is always some music on and good mood.

The selection of liquors is sufficient and the drinks are quite good and more than fairly priced.

For me, what distinguishes Hangar from many other bars in Prague is the exceptional service.
