I didn’t expect to stumble upon a hidden gem that day in Prague, but that's exactly what happened when I walked into Ingredients—a boutique that turned out to be a paradise for fragrance lovers like me.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a world of scents—unique, elegant, daring. The store was a quiet sanctuary in the bustling city, filled with beautifully arranged bottles and the soft hum of curated luxury. But what truly amazed me was the sheer variety of niche perfumes on display. It was like opening a treasure chest of olfactory art.

There were no barriers, no pressure—just freedom to explore. I could test any fragrance I wanted, at my own pace, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. And the selection? Unbelievable.

I discovered classics and rare gems from:

Maison Francis Kurkdjian – the sophistication of Baccarat Rouge 540 was even more stunning in person. Marc-Antoine Barrois – bold yet refined, a beautiful surprise. Frédéric Malle – every creation felt like a carefully told story. Byredo – minimalist bottles packed with emotion and edge. Nasomatto – wild, intense, and utterly unforgettable. And that was just the beginning—there were so many more to explore, each one with its own character and charm.

Visiting Ingredients wasn’t just shopping—it felt like a journey through the art of perfumery. I left inspired, uplifted, and with a new favorite scent in hand. If you’re ever in Prague and love fragrances, do yourself a favor: walk into Ingredients. Your nose...

An amazing shop featuring all the big brands and some new and exciting ones too. I have to say I don't usually interact with sales assistants but at this shop the assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful and she really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She asked me questions about what kind of scents I usually go for and what occasions I wanted a perfume for. Then she started to recommend me different fragrances, explaining to me what made each one unique. She knew so much about each perfume and could tell me the different notes and how they worked together. She even gave me some samples to try at home, which was really helpful. I had a chance to wear them for a few days and see how they worked on my skin.

In the end, I found a perfume that I absolutely love, and I wouldn't have discovered it without the assistant's help. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and personalized, and I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect scent.

Overall, I can't recommend this perfume shop enough. The selection is amazing, and the assistant is just fantastic. If you're in the area, definitely check it out. You won't be...

If you’re looking for a unique fragrance, the Ingredients store is the place to go. They have a wide range of niche perfumes, scented candles and skincare (don’t forget to check it out in the “lab” downstairs!). The staff are warm, welcoming and patient. Never persistent, and always courteously attentive to your needs. Ask for Milan, he’s the best guide on your trip to the amazing world of niche perfumes. Despite quite fresh in the store, he’s very knowledgeable, passionate about perfumes and genuinely keen to help you find your perfume. He asks questions to understand which scents you like, what type of perfume you’re looking for and he suggests options, equips you with samples so you can try one by one later and pick your champion. It’s hard to choose a perfume during one visit, as they have so many delicious fragrances and an untrained nose can become quickly overwhelmed. I really appreciate Milan’s patience, dedication and expertise, he made my visits to the store a unique experience! Just a warning, once you try niche perfumes from the Ingredients store you’ll not enjoy designer...

I‘m a 20 year old perfume enthusiast and always a big fan of visiting perfume stores while being in other cities. First of all the variety of fragrances is very good. They have bdks, Kilians, Nasomattos, MFK, Profumum Roma, Byredo, CdG, Frederic Malle, Clicee Christian’s and it was surprising to see the Maison Crivelli, which I didn’t see very often (there is more but that’s what I remember). The store itself is quite modern and minimalistic. But honestly I didn’t feel welcome at all. I almost felt judged and monitored. The personal was standing around in the store and just watched the customers. I like that you’re not directly confronted with a sales conversation but I just didn’t feel welcome. I will give you the advice to not judge the customer according to their appearance. Maybe you think I will not buy any perfume but then you’re mistaken and losing possible customers.
