CHANEL — Local services in Prague

As far as Chanel service and inventory on display goes, this is by far the Worst boutique I have ever been to. You let a customer who wants to buy leave the store with nothing! The security guy was honestly the nicest out off of the staff there or maybe I was just unlucky with my SA that day.. I walked in wearing Chanel woc but was asking to see minis - classics or seasonal , I did not care ! But all my SA wanted to show me was wocs.. once again I kept on asking about minis but she was saying oh we have nothing- yeah ok.. I had to point to the minis being displayed ( not too many) but she was not willing to show any other colors - models. Same with earrings, she showed me the case where there was really slim picking and to my question are there more? She said no- once again, I had to go to the displayed ones and pick up the pair of earrings that I liked. She did not want to sell anything! Tried shoes a whole size bigger and visibly too large for me- she was saying how cute they look. Come on, Lady! Bottom line- no purchase for me that day and disappointment in this boutique and no sale for the SA, which she probably does not care much...

I was so happy that i met a very nice salelady,but after i’m going to pay for the beautiful stuffs ,the cashier said i have bought something in paris and brussel already! I’m a tourist!!!!!! After nearly three years lock down in Asia , i went to Europe for happy shopping!!!!! I’m not going to buy same item !!!! It’s totally different style ! I just saw something i like thats why I bought ! Also not every boutique got the same stock,That’s why i went to every single shop when im in different countries! Don’t you guys think that is ridiculous?i just bought like three earrings and one backpack and three small leather goods in brussel and paris! And you guys don’t allow me to purchase anything anymore? I’m really a super big fans of chanel and this time i feel extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got so much bags,accessories,shoes ,coco crush or watch and you told me that i’m not allowed to purchase any earrings and bag😡😠 You just lose a very loyalty...

Often times sa here ruin my shopping mood for them company I walked in and said "I wanted to buy some cosmetics please " The old short hair sa girl told me with a stopped smiling on her face that "you have to go out and go in another door!" I asked her back " can I walk over a shop in to that way? "(Because I alway walked like that) Another beautiful lady said "yes you can"

This is why some sa only work here! When a customer enters the store It means if they can walks around inside and sees something that catches their eye and if they like it, they can buy it without planning from before But some of sa just don't understand and close this opportunity for Chanel money in!

Better don't stand a lot of you behind a door , stand just one person on the entire is enough like Hermes...
