If you're looking for microwaved meals and bustling waitstaff, this is the place!
This review has two segments: one pertains to my today's experience (which made me angry), and the other relates to the overall experience with this restaurant.
Around 5:30 PM, the waiter came to me with a bag that didn't come directly from the kitchen. This bag had been on a table few tables away since 5:10 PM. After 10 minutes (5:20 PM) on that table with different customers, they had picked up the bag and placed it on another table which was empty. The waiter only noticed it at 5:30 PM brought it to me and wished me a good meal.
I brought the quesadilla to my office, and it was already in a poor state. However, what awaited me inside the box was astonishing. For 250 CZK (including the packaging), I received an unevenly sliced quesadilla with cheese which have been microwaved (the texture of the cheese gave it away). It's a shame that I wasn't aware of these circumstances right from the start when I spoke to the server about the 7-minute wait. I wouldn't give you a tip of 40 CZK, or maybe I wouldn't have ordered at all.
I understand that you have a lot to handle with just three staff members, but this isn't my problem. I have a completely different expectation for a meal costing 290 CZK with tip.
Thank you for the great experience. Next time I pass by, I might just throw the quesadilla back to you through the window ;)
Hence, I recommend going to this place only during the lunch menu, when you won't mind waiting for a while or receiving cold or microwaved food.
If I may suggest, there's another restaurants around.

Read moreI saw “pollo a la huancaína” (huancaína chicken) on the board outside the restaurant entrance and it made me curious (Peruvians will understand) as we don’t have such dish. I told my friends about the huancaína sauce and they were curious to try some Peruvian dish. Once we checked the menu inside, they also had pisco sour so I wanted to try it and see if it tasted any similar to the Peruvian recipe. My friend and I ordered the huancaína potatoes from the menu. Unfortunately it seems we were the last 2 dishes, because when we received the dish, there was barely any huancaína sauce on them. My friend’s dish had even less sauce than mine. The potatoes also had persil (this is not the Peruvian recipe) and no lettuce or egg on top like it’s always eaten. There was no “in our style” written in the menu so we were expecting the original recipe or at least something close to it. One of my other friends wanted to order the dish and was told that “they had no more of the huancaína sauce”. If they already knew this, they should’ve let us know before preparing the 2 dishes we had ordered. The pisco sour we had also ordered had a questionable taste. It was even served with ice cubes, which we never do with this drink. Again no “pisco sour in our style” written anywhere in the menu. One of my friends ordered the tacos and they had a bland taste, which was also surprising considering (at the moment I write this review) that the restaurant has 4.5 stars rating and everyone comments that the food is great. As a Peruvian, I’m extremely disappointed at how you advertise our gastronomy and cuisine, and what the customer receives...
