Thai Thai & Ramen — Restaurant in Prague

The restaurant looks nice and the service is fine BUT the food...

I've been going here for years, stopped for two because I didn't have time for it but again tried yesterday- Spicy glass noodles with chicken.

The taste was rather bland compared to the times before which wasn't the main issue. That came after 1 hour of eating the dish- spent 11hrs in extreme agony due to what I assume was food poisoning. Never have I experienced a more painful dish and I like to eat out a lot.

I'm not sure if it was bad luck, but I sadly won't be coming back for many...

I ordered a seafood ramen for almost 400czk. I ordered the same menu item in Thai Thai & Ramen in the Palladium shopping mall, where I got two large squares of seaweed, three large clams, a very large amount of small clams, six pieces of peeled and gutted shrimp, five pieces of squid and lettuce leaves. In the OC Nový Smíchov restaurant however I recieved no seaweed, no lettuce, I got three pieces unpeeled shrimp without heads but with the poop vein still inside, two pieces of squid and three large clams (surprisingly the same amount as in Palladium. It is laughable how hard they are trying to rip you off. Never go there, it isna waste of your money. If you wish to go to this restaurant chain, visit the one in Palladium, you will be well served and you will get your money's worth. In Palladium they also have nicer utensils and there's waiters serving you, in OC Novy Smichov you have to wait for your food like in McDonald's.

Objednal jsem si ramen s morskymi plody skoro za 400kc. Stejne jidlo jsem si objednal v Thai Thai & Ramen v Palladiu, kde jsem dostal dva velke platky morske rasy, tri velke musle, buhvi kolik malych musli, 6 oloupanych krevet, 5 kusu sepie a listy salatu. Na Andelu jsem nedostal zadnou rasu, zadny salat, dostal jsem 3 neoloupane krevety bez hlav, ale s vnitrnostmi porad vevnitr, 2 kousky sepie a 3 velke musle. (prekvapive stejne mnozstvi jako v Palladiu) Nestoji za to tam chodit, to co vam tam pristane na taliri je naprosty vysmech. V Palladiu dostanete za sve penize dost jidla, v Andelu...

A big no for me. I tried Pho here. But It is NOT original at all. The soup was terrible. As a Vietnamese person I can tell you that if you want to try Pho. Try it in a different place. Pho here was not made by Vietnamese people. The noodles are not original. It tastes like western noodles @@ . Especially the soup, they had no spices needed.
