Bombay Express Nový Smíchov — Restaurant in Prague

I recently visited Bombay Express and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. I ordered the Puri Channa and Samosa Chaat, expecting authentic and tasty Indian street food. However, the puris were excessively drenched in oil, making them soggy and nearly inedible. It was clear that they hadn't been prepared properly.

The Samosa Chaat was equally disappointing. The samosas tasted old and stale, lacking any of the freshness and crispiness that you would expect from a good samosa. The flavors were off, and the overall dish was unappetizing.

Overall, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing, and it overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I won't be returning, and I certainly do not recommend Bombay Express to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your time and money and find a better place to enjoy...

Tasty Food, but Service Could Be Better

Bombay Express offers some really delicious Indian food—flavorful, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. The menu has a great variety of classic dishes, and everything we tried was satisfying and full of authentic taste.

However, the overall experience could be improved with better customer service. The staff seemed a bit inattentive and not particularly welcoming, which took away from an otherwise enjoyable meal.

Hi, We had a extremely bad experience today. I am not recommending to any students to check there. We went to the restaurant today for having chola masala with rice for 2 person. In their page and in the shop as well , There is a discount offer for students with ISIC card. We showed our ISIC card and didn't get any discount. Rather one guy who was in customer service with black dress, behaved with us very rudely. We never expected this kind of moody, bad behavior from such a restaurant like Bombay express because we used be almost regular customer.
