Vietnam SH fast food (Anděl) — Restaurant in Prague

Now I had to sit down and take a moment to write this review because this one was a banger!!! Don't even know where to start, the food was excellent, 10/10 both dishes.

Starting with the Pho - huge amount of strong fragrant beef broth with rich flavour and all the other ingredients served aside so you can mix it yourself and devour it fresh. The onions, the genuine slices of beef, the cilantro, noodles.. everything going so well together creating absolutely amazing experience. I'll just note for those who're not used to spicy food, don't add the chillis to the soup.. they're like hella spicy and when I realized, my eyes already welled. The Bun Bo Nam Bo met all the highest standards, huge portion, rich flavours, variety of meat including beef, shrimp and spring rolls, accompanied with fresh salad. The last time I ate at this wonderful restaurant was November 2019 when I was in Prague for a month. Since then, even with the pandemic, I have continued to travel the world for business and I still have not found a single Vietnamese restaurant with Pho and spring rolls as good as Vietnam SH fast food (Andel). This family-owned business is passionate about their food and service; I miss seeing Lily (the owner's daughter) playing with our daughter Patty and I also miss that wonderful Pho and the best Vietnamese spring rolls...

We ordered take away for 2. After a slight misunderstanding (I tried to pronounce Vietnamese) we got the items we ordered. Just finished eating at the hotel. This was super delicious. We had the beef pho and duck with veggies and rice. Very flavorful and great value!

Good to know that they will charge a 15czk extra per dish for takeaway. Not a deal breaker but still good to know. Still worth the money and would totally...
