Customer service is AWFUL. Food was okay. Games were fun. Upon approaching the front counter, the hostess, Katelyn, did not greet us or even smile. When I asked if we could sit in another section, because it is quieter and I have auditory sensitivity due to anxiety/OCD (I would not be at an arcade if I didn’t have 3 little boys 😅) the hostess informed me that they only have the one section open tonight. I asked if they could make an exception for us. She used her walkie to ask the manager. I heard her manager reply over the walkie “I’M NOT going to seat them there” At which point the hostess shook her head “no” at me. No apology, no verbal communication at all… just a head shake. 😶 I let her know that I think this is poor customer service to not make a simple accommodation. She then asked her manager, I was told her name is Summer; (no one wore name tags) to come to the host station. Summer approached the host without addressing me at all. She did not look at me or even speak a word to me. Keep in mind I am standing right in front of them! She instead said “what’s up” to the hostess. I interjected and asked if she could make an accommodation to seat us in another section, because it’s quieter over there. She replied “it’s loud everywhere”. I told her it’s actually quieter in this section over here. She told me that section is closed. I told her I didn’t understand why the server couldn’t walk an extra 20 feet to accommodate us. She replied that they only have one server. ??? Had it not been for my children and a pair of headphone that my husband had in the car that I wore, I would have left immediately. I am shocked that Summer has a manger position being so deficient in social and customer service skills!! It’s not shocking that the host lacked customer service skills and kept an AirPod in one ear… sadly, the standard of our employees is certainly not what it once was or should be. I’d like to mention that our server, Brad was friendly and good, but it’s different when your take home pay depends on your ability to do your job well. Game changer. The gentleman that worked the prize section was outstanding. He approached me to ask if I would like a bag for the take home boxes I was carrying and I noticed that he greeted everyone warmly. We purchased $118 game card & a $147.10 food bill. (Including tip) All sales are important, but this could have been a sizable loss for this location had we walked out, because we certainly didn’t feel our business was wanted here. I do not plan to return to this location.

I had never once been to a Dave & Buster's two weeks ago and now we've been three times. We tried this place out because it was later in the evening and this is the only place in the area truly open late, closing at 1am some nights. Food: My husband absolutely loves the bacon double cheeseburger. I have no complaints about the chicken tenders I get and our daughter usually gobbles up her entire plate of chicken bites(boneless wings). Service: Our first night here we had a gentleman serve us that was absolutely amazing! So funny with great tips about menu items. He was awesome! Everyone has been great when we've been here. Arcade: Considering it's what they do I'm pretty sure it's probably the best in the area. Tons and tons of games with a good variety. Another nice thing is how many balls or corn hole bags are available for each game, unlike other arcades in the area that don't give you enough to get good scores. The ticket payout seems low but the pricing for prizes is also fairly low/reasonable. Plus you can just pay the amount needed at the bar and go get what you want if you're looking for something and don't have enough tickets. We picked a uniform and a cup to bring home. Overall a great place to spend a few hours with good food, service and games. We have been enjoying our time here!

The service was horrible! The server yelled at us for looking at the online menu on more than one phone. After a few minutes of struggling with the online menu the server became impatient and got our drink order. The app that was provided to order from was very slow and had to be restarted several times. After ordering our food I had to find a server to ask for silverware and ketchup the server told me I had to wait a few minutes, I don't know why all the server's were having a good time talking with each other instead of help their customers. Then we asked him how much longer our drink would be from the bar I had to show him the order from my phone before he would get it. He explained nothing about how to get playing card for the games. I had to get another employee to show me. A total of $120 was spent on my visit and I feel it was a TOTAL waste of money. There are PLENTY of other places in Pigeon Forge that I can take my family and get better experience and be appreciated. I would suggest avoiding Dave and Busters in Pigeon Forge until the can get their act together. I HAD TO TIP THE SERVER DURING THE ONLINE ORDER PROCESS BEFORE GETTING MY FOOD, BIG MISTAKE!

Or grandson wanted to come here for his birthday. It is a big place with dining on your right and gaming on the left as you enter. The first thing that hit me was how loud it is; that is to be expected with the huge arcade and music playing. There are a huge number of TV screens around the bar and dining area. This would be a great place for the sports fan! The menu is fairly large so pretty much anyone can find something. The food is good and our server(Dakota) did well. The arcade is expansive to say the least. There are games for any age and there are a BUNCH of them! Most of them give you "tickets" to trade for prizes when you're done playing. It was really fun for everyone! The only gripe I have is that you scan a QR at your table and put your order in yourself. For most folks that wouldn't be a huge thing but I can see it being a problem for some. It targets the age group they're looking for and it means your server is basically a food runner. I'm used to having someone take my order and sticking with me. That being said, I'm sure we'll be back.

My husband and children went here last night. We had an awesome server, Ashley, but when we attempted to be friendly back with her, her girlfriend (who also works there) got super defensive and threatening and honestly, just made it to where we dont want to come back AT ALL. Other than that, I'd say the food is awesome. Pricey but very good. I'd be cautious on the meal deals because we dont feel we got the amount of play that was talked up at the service desk. Also, their color coding system with the games took away from our good time with the differences in cards. My girls enjoyed it mostly because they weren't paying, lol. There were several mess ups in the kitchen. We ordered dessert and didnt get it for over 20 mins, or we would get food that was made wrong. We knew it wasnt Ashley's fault but it did get boring sitting at the table with two 9 year olds eager to go play. IF we come back, itll hopefully be after they have some major turn over and weed out the bad hires since they just opened.

Let me start by saying every place in the Sevierville and Gatlinburg area let’s you split cards. When we went in we asked the at the desk if we bought the largest card they sold if he could split our cards so we could be at different game stations. His answer was no which was shocking. We ended up buying it anyway which was an inconvenience for us (I guess they don’t think about their customers). Before playing games we wanted to grab something to eat. We decided to get some fries and buffalo chicken. We’ll of course the chicken came out cold and I mean cold like it had been in the refrigerator. The fries were great and delicious. We had to send the chicken back. They did bring us more fries with our new chicken which was good but at this point I was so upset that I just was over the whole experience. The games was fun. I rarely ever give anything under 4 stars and the only reason I gave twos starts was the girl that fixes our daiquiris was so nice and courteous.
