Grace is the absolute rudest cashier I've ever seen not to mention we came with a free entree coupon ,because it took 15 minutes before we got our food the last purchase, this is in the Drive-Thru. Then we sat out front for 18 minutes this time waiting on our food when she told us 6 minutes! There was so many vehicles outside the drive-thru area that you could not move forward to let the cars behind you out then Grace proceeded to be the one that brought our food out and was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met, not including how rude she was when she was on the speaker phone, because we ask for some extra raggoons and was trying to explain the coupon. THIS is Christmas Eve how about hiring someone that has a little holiday cheer ,if she hates her job so much why is she even working there? I've never been treated so rude when I was so kind in my life we live 5 minutes from there not even, we eat there all the time we didn't ask for the coupon that she was rude about, it was given to us by whoever brought it out we only used it because someone was kind enough to give it to us for sitting and waiting and being quiet about it!!it definitely will make me think twice about stopping there again until the problems taken care of this is a tourist town and you're treating your locals rude I wonder how your winter is going to go all you had to do is your job you are the face of the business Grace think about that!! Besides fast food is fast food for a reason we have family in town and was trying to make this dinner easy we didn't even order a lot I can imagine the two people that were in front of us sitting in front of the building not being recorded at the time they were sitting!! As if everyone out there didn't have better things to do and definitely didn't want to take up your time. We weren't on the clock though, I think a little respect was needed for our patients 20 minutes is a very long time for a drive-through I'm sorry I've worked in this town that is overwhelmed by tourist for 20 years and never treated someone like you treated us today Merry Christmas Panda...
Read moreStopped here on our way back home from Gatlinburg for a meal on 10/9/2024 just before 2 PM. When my wife and I entered the restaurant, there were many employees standing around while we waited at the start of the line to order food for our family of 4. After standing there for more than a few minutes with no greeting or service, someone finally came up after finishing her conversation with a fellow employee.
We couldn't quite understand her first address to us, but she basically ignored our pleasantries and just said "What do you want?". I started to order a bowl with white rice, which she began to fill. When she had turned to ask my entree item, I tried politely asking for a sample of the new Blazing Bourbon Chicken because it's a new item on the menu, and she just simply shook her head and said "No". I asked her for clarification, "You guys don't do samples?", and her response again was just "No" and shaking her head. At that point, we felt it was a pretty rude interaction with a customer just asking for some customer service after being basically ignored when we came in, but it got worse as I started to look down the serving line for an alternative entree option, and she then decided to make a snide remark in Spanish to her younger male co-worker standing near her.
I heard the remark she was making, and I stopped mid-step to address her by saying "excuse me?", and then I asked her to repeat the remark that she just made to her co-worker. She immediately stopped and said "No, nothing." At this point, I told her that we actually wouldn't be needing any food from this restaurant and that she didn't need to be a person responsible for taking customer orders. My wife and I left to find an alternative Panda Express to spend our money.
Overall, it was a very disrespectful and rude interaction and I hope that the owner of this franchise decides to investigate further because customers shouldn't have to worry or experience being insulted...
Read moreI would highly suggest to not do an online order through this restaurant. I had the worst experience with that last night. I’d worked all day, did a little shopping, and on my way home I decide to place an online order through Panda Express. That was a mistake. I do online orders with a lot of fast food restaurants (Taco Bell, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts) and ive not had any problems. This Panda Express location doesn’t know how to handle them it appears. I go through the drive thru, tell them my name & I had a online order. The guy says that it hasn’t came through yet, but for me to pull on up to the window. Okay, so I did. I found it quite odd it hadn’t came through. I got there a few minutes after the time I was given it would be ready. 13 minutes to be exact. The girl at the window needs some customer service training big time! She wanted to just push me to the side and make me pull up & wait. Um, no sweetie. I ordered this ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait. I told her I had a time and a order number, but that didn’t matter to her. She even said it was pointless to use their online order app. Once I told them I wasn’t moving they sure sped up. I can only wonder if I had pulled up how long I would have been sitting there, as to where my order had not came in. I double checked to make sure I sent it to the right location, which I did. Parkway & Collier Dr. The girl at the window certainly made me feel like my money wasn’t as important as the other people by pushing me to the side. You have been warned if you dare to place your...
