I accompanied my sister & brother-in-law for dinner on a Monday night. We arrived to find a 30 minute wait to be seated. It became obvious during our visit that the reason they were not seating the plethora of empty tables they had was because of a lack of kitchen staff. We started our order with mozzarella sticks only to be told they were sold out - quite a bummer for my sister who suffers from a seafood allergy. My brother-in-law & I both opted for the endless shrimp. I chose a Caeser salad & my salad was fresh & crisp, but not chilled like on our previous visit last year. The Caesar dressing which appeared too thick at first, was quite tasty & I greatly appreciated the shaved parmesan or romano on top. My brother-in-law & I both started with the shrimp scampi & the grilled skewers. The shrimp scampi was served piping hot & the shrimp were perfectly cooked - actually better than our last visit - plus the serving size was much larger. These were definitely my favorite on this visit! The skewered shrimp were delicious & well cooked also. I was told by my sister that the loaded baked potato was great & the fries were good. My brother-in-law raved about the brussel sprouts he ordered. Although the food was outstanding, the service was NOT. Our server would randomly bring out parts of our endless shrimp order & at one point told us it would be a while before more shrimp were ready so we should share what he brought. WTH??? I waited so long for him to refill my water after asking TWICE that I got up & carried my glass to the server's stand & asked a random server to fill my glass. Apparently our server Mike was known to be a problem because the other server looked at me sadly & asked if there was anything else our table needed. Although we were twiddling our thumbs waiting on shrimp, I told him no & returned to our table to wait for our server to bring shrimp again. I'm sure I'll return to this location as it's the closest to my sister & my brother-in-law LOVES shrimp, but it would be nice to get a decent server once since we've not had one yet! Also, they could stand to do a little spring cleaning & take down the cobwebs!!

Wanted Seafood for our 40th anniversary. We have been to this Red Lobster before and everything was fine. This time a nightmare. Asked for a booth which we received. The table was a mixture of something sticky and greasy. The waitress took our order, my wife ordered a margarita which took about 15 minutes to get. It was actually brought the same time as our appetizer. It was so horrible, my wife did not drink it. Almost $9. .Our waitress said the bartender was very busy and also was waiting on a table. My wife ordered the ultimate feast which was ok. I had the surf n turf. Filet mignon and lobster tail. The lobster tail wasn't even cut in half for about the last inch or so. The filet was rare as I ordered , however, it was tough. When your paying $41. For a dinner you expect it to be at least quality. The filet had what tasted like charged old food on it and the baked potato was dry. Our bill was over $120. and this was not worth half. I will never recommend this Red Lobster. We have lived here for 26 years so we are not tourists well, it was good enough for them . We won't see them again. This is a picture of a $41. Filet mignon and lobster tail dinner.

Review for Red Lobster – Sevierville, TN (Dined May 9th, ~5:10 PM) Our dining experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Nick, our waiter, was lovely—attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcome. The food itself was average, nothing particularly memorable, but it met expectations. However, our first impression walking in the door was far from positive. The hostess, an older woman with long hair, completely ignored us at first. Without any greeting, she abruptly told a younger employee to "sit them at table 15." I was visibly taken aback, and only then did she mutter—rather sarcastically—"I suppose I better say hi or something." I was genuinely shocked by the rudeness. I initially thought her name might be Amanda, but another staff member said it was Margarita. Which I think he was joking The poor service at the front really took away from what could’ve been a more enjoyable experience. First impressions matter, and I hope management addresses this, as it doesn't reflect the level of hospitality one expects at Red Lobster.

My husband & I went to RL for his birthday this evening. 11/02/24. We made reservations online. Got there at 6pm, on time. We end up in a seat with my husband's view looking at the bathrooms. The restaurant was not busy at this point so yeah this is a horrible table. This is what you seat folks get when the line is out the door...not in a restaurant that was 1/3 full. However, we promptly ordered drinks & an appetizer. No beer on draft (then take it off the menu) . Our waitress was fine. We put in our order at 6:17....they also didn't have the upgraded crab legs (again, take it off the menu!) Restaurant was a little busy at this point. We watched folks who were seated after us receive their meals. Not just one or two tables....the 4 tables around us all, were seated after us and ordered after us...all had their meals by 6:50pm. It's 7pm and we are still waiting. We paid extra for salads. My salad had cheese but no dressing. Waitress brings the dressing but I go to mix up the salad...under a top layer was slimy brown lettuce. I just told the Waitress, I realize the kitchen issues had nothing to do with her so I just told her to scratch the salad. Now it's after 7pm and we still don't have our meal and now it was a bit more busy but certainly not people waiting around and there were still a few tables available. Gentlemen behind us got a raw steak...sent it back and it came back charred. My husband gets another waitresses attention and says...um...yeah, where is our dinner? She said, "I think it just now up." "Okay"...my husband says..."but everyone in this section has been served and are ready to leave but us". The waitress retorts "We had some large parties come in." (It's a bad practice to come up wirh excues instead of just saying..."I'll check on your meal." ) Again, the restaurant isn't packed and they seemed to have plenty of help. My husband retorted back, "That has nothing to do with my meal I ordered almost an hour ago." We finally received our meal. The meal was fine. We decided we were going to have dessert & take it home. My husband had the cheesecake and I ordered Key Lime pie. This is why I'm leaving this review. This dessert menu hasn't changed much in 30 years. They've always had key lime & cheesecake. We got back to our RV and was ready to dive into dessert. My husband's cheesecake was fresh and looked good. However, the Key lime pie was wretched. It is usually a sunny yellow. This was 2 shades of brown. The top was darker brown with the middle being a bit lighter. The lime on top is a dried dark brown I thought it was a cookie garnish at first. I took a wee taste of the pie...this is on the verge of spoiled. It's currently in the trash. We spent $170 w/tip and my dessert was not edible. I wish I could show this dessert b/c I took a picture. Really annoying...

I wanna start by stating that I am servsafe certified. Let’s set the mood. It’s a Thursday parking lot is pretty empty. My husband and I decided to try their new meal options. Upon entering the building we are told it’s a 45 minute wait. Some older lady with her hair in a bushy down side ponytail comes up while the host is trying to get us down for a wait list shouting about how it will be 50 minute wait. Not 45. Okay. The restaurant is empty. Okay we decided to wait. No clue why. We wait our 50 minutes the lady with the bushy side ponytail comes up to the host stand and says okay your times up I’ll seat you now. Upon her grabbing the menus for our table I guess she discovers someone unplugged her cell phone and starts shouting about how that’s her charger and no one should be unplugging her phone. She instructs someone else to take us to a table while she plugs in her phone. We never received our apps we ordered. Oh wait I forgot to mention this was just myself and my husband. Just a table for two. We never received our apps. The lady with the bushy side ponytail brought out some other tables food and I’m thinking to myself that’s so gross because her hair could totally be up in that food. Yuck! We get our food. It’s just average and soooo expensive. More expensive than the local goat we went to the next day and got better service and better food for a better price. My husband ordered the steak and lobster. I had the coconut shrimp. Coconut shrimp had great flavor. The server we had seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. She was only at the table when required to be. Anyway. I would stay far away from this red lobster. The GM in charge must not have standards if this is how his employees act. No one...
