I ordered takeaway today and unfortunately, this was the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. The noodles were dry, bland, and completely lacking flavor (i couldn’t finish it) The fried fish was crispy and good, but the sauce was strange, sour and sweet with some vegetables (didn’t match w the fish at all), in other restaurants they will service with fish sauce and ginger,… Still, food is a matter of personal taste, so I wouldn’t leave a review just for that. What made me write this is the bad service.
I had paid extra (+20 DKK) for sticky rice (compared to 16 DKK for jasmine rice). When I came to pick up my order, I asked about the sticky rice and the staff told me they didn’t have it, so they had replaced it with two portions of jasmine rice, without asking me first and without offering apology. When I said I didn’t need 2 jasmine rice and asked for a refund (yes, it’s only 4 DKK, but it’s still money), I was told to contact the app I ordered through. I understand the refund process, but the complete lack of apology and customer care was unacceptable.
Very bad service , I will never...
Read moreSadly it’s not authentic Thai cuisine and really lacking in flavour. We had chicken satay, Beef Pad Krapao and Chicken green curry. The chicken satay was good but the main courses were really disappointing, lacking the flavour and depth you would expect from these classics.
The Beef Krapao was greasy and nothing like close to what it should be, and this is the easiest dish in the world to make so whoever is doing the cooking has no idea what they are doing, watch some videos or something and make some kind of effort. The green curry was watery but we did have one baby aubergine which surprised me as the vegetables they use are just wrong.
This feels like a Chinese restaurant trying to do Thai but deceiving people with fake Thai statues. Always look for a shrine in a Thai restaurant, if it’s not...
Read moreWe came in because we were desperate to eat something and other places nearby were fully booked. We ordered fried tofu with vegetables and green curry. I would say this was a very danish version of Thai food - it was edible but nothing more than decent. The green curry lacked flavour, and the fried tofu was in sauce that resembles jar food from a supermarket. It's not bad but also not something I would eat again. The prices are pretty fair as for Copenhagen standard. The waitress was...
