KOPAN TorvehallerneKBH — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I’ve been a customer at Kopan at Torvehallerne since they’ve opened but it feels the quality of the bibimbap has been going down in the last year. The rice is often overcooked, the portions are smaller than before and the girls working there don’t add gochujang or don’t ask if it should be added anymore and based on their attitude it seems like they don’t want to be/work there.

All this would be still acceptable if the food quality was great but last time I bought bulgogi bibimbap at this place I found pieces of black hardened paint or plastic (?!) all over the meat, had to throw away the whole dish, it was as if someone scraped the grill/pan paint together...

The food tasted really good – I especially enjoyed the Korean Fried Chicken. I didn’t notice anything unusual while eating. However, about 4–5 hours later, I suddenly became very nauseous, vomited multiple times, and had severe diarrhea – the symptoms lasted all night. It strongly points to food poisoning, especially since my partner didn’t eat this dish and had no symptoms at all. This meal from the restaurant was the only thing we didn’t share. Really tasty food and very nice service. I tried H3 Savory Bulgogi Hotteok with mango limonade and I was also offered to add a bit of chilli sauce which deffinitely added more flavour to it and I really loved it and would recomend it to everyone. 95dkk in total (65dkk meal and 30dkk limonade).
