Level Six Rooftop Bar & Terrace — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

The location of this bar is undeniably great — a lovely spot to relax with a great view. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations, especially considering the price.

Service was disappointing. You have to go inside to place your order, as the staff doesn’t come to your table. Once we ordered, we ended up waiting around 40 minutes for our food, which felt like they had forgotten about us. When it finally arrived, it was nothing special.

Cleanliness was also an issue, as our table hadn’t been cleaned properly, which took away from the atmosphere.

Overall, the setting is charming, but the poor service, long wait times, and the availability food make it hard to justify the price. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, this place could be...

Decent drinks and views, staff could do with a bit more courtesy.

Mid-June visit, relatively busy but we found a seat outside, which does have a good view. I went inside to order two cocktails and could see they had just finished an order so I waited to be served. The bar staff, rather than look at me and say something to just acknowledge me like, "We'll be a few moments while we get some orders made, sorry for the wait", chose instead to blank me entirely for somewhere in the region of 6 minutes, it got awkward enough that Nanna, a member of staff for the attached hotel, actually stepped in and offered to take my order without knowing how to take orders. She also brought the drinks out to us.

Snacks starter — we have to add a lot of salt as really not taste any and too oily. Tarta is ok Tapas plate — really very general Cocktail — ok Bread is pretty good and surprise me ;)

Staffs is nice Put atmosphere 1 star because the distance between each table is really too close. It makes very noisy as well as you can’t even talk much because others can hear your conversation clearly…..the distance between each table like 6-8” max….. they have to really aware and improve it.
